Those characteristics just came out effortless. And maybe that's why it did not take us long to see her as just a family member who is trying to help another one. It just felt right! Pam Eppes is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. Pam Eppes is an asset to anyone that hires her to sell their home or if your looking for a new home. Pam Eppes puts together a plan for marketing you existing home that raises the bar for other agents and does her research for where ever your looking to purchase a new home.

I cannot say enough good things about Pam. I originally listed the property with a different agent before I knew Pam. While the other agent was not necessarily a poor agent, Pam went over and above to market the property and make sure that it was represented very well in the market once we were under contract. We had a sale fall thru with the original agent (not due to any agent shortcomings) and missed the summer market but Pam came thru and had a contract within a couple of weeks of being back on the market.
